Back to that witchy vibe today on the blog. Let's start off by saying I'm completely obsessed with this Motel Rocks dress in this amazing black forest print. This dress is typically a summer dress because its really short and sleeveless however, I couldn't have cared any less because this dress couldn't have fallen in my hands at better time! I love when I get clothing with prints such as this one because there is so much I could do with it and still be able to make it new and different each time. 

I opted for a more mysterious witchy vibe for this look with my favourite woolen fall hat and chokers that never seem to leave my neck. After snapping these photos, I went out to some galleries with a coat on of course and it was just the perfect look for relaxing and having some seriously well needed leisure time. Another thing that I can't stop wearing this fall is my mulder platform boots...I have to stop myself sometimes from even putting them on because I've wear them wayyy too much. Sweater days are the best! It was pretty windy and the moment definitely called for the perfect pull over sweater and dark stockings. I remember buying this sweater the beginning of fall last year and I would wear it literally everyday because its just a really great simplistic sweater that is pretty much easy to dress up or down. For this post, I combined it with black for a cool clean look yet, still edgy enough. The crochet cardigan I'm wearing was actually a blouse two days before I decided to cut straight down the middle to turn it into a cardigan. I think I prefer it this way because I'm able to pair it with many things and it really adds a good layering element. As for the shoes, Jeffrey Campbell out did themselves this time! This shoes was actually on my birthday wish list but I decided to just buy it for myself since missal had a huge sale recently on there site. I love it so much! it's like a modern version of a classic 90's boots and the style of it with the gripped soles is pure perfection. I will say, it's not a shoes you'd want to wear as a first timer to heels because unlike my other platforms its it comes all the way up to my ankles, which makes it a little difficult to walk in if you don't have good balance.

Today's I'm showing how I combined the soft feminine pieces to create a men's wear inspired look that is perfect for going just about anywhere....in my case, I was heading to classes. All I wanted was to wear was something that could easily be a slouchy look, yet still pulled together enough to get me through the day. I've been channeling this kind of styling a lot late because it's a really comfortable and effortless look, which are two major elements I've been considering a lot since starting back school. I'm finally back to wearing my o-ring and I couldn't be more satisfied...I had stopped wearing it in the summer because it was just too much in terms of it being around my neck during the extremely hot summer days so, since New York is pretty much back into the full swing of cool fall breeze, I'm never gonna really take this o-ring off! hahaha. I loved this Jac Vanek "Lets Get Weird" tee so much, I knew I had to style it a second time here on my blog. The first time I posted it, it was very airy and more of a summer look (here). So, because I loved it so much I thought it would be nice to style it into a more fall inspired look. In this post, I wanted to capture a biker chic look that could easily be worn as day to night transitional look depending on you it's accessorized. I got this faux leather jacket at H&M about three weeks ago while catching a peak at there new fall collection....I've been wanting a really good biker jacket for the longest time so, scoring this one from H&M was basically heaven sent...or at least to me it is haha. I chose to pair the tee with a midi length skirt to give it a little more "badass sophistication" and the fact that its it's made in velvet is perfect because it gives the whole look a great mixture of textures, giving the whole styling more depth. DIY Choker

I'm not quite sure what was going on in my mind when I styled this outfit but all I know is that I wanted to be covered in florals and be girly for the day. I wore this baby doll white floral print dress once before on the blog but I remember styling it a little "soft grunge"/bohemian like (here). This time around I made the dress look a little for free spirit and layered it with another floral print top but I made sure that the top was sheer so that you could see the print of the dress peak through the top.  As you can already probably tell, I love to mix and match prints and I've kind of been doing this type a styling a lot more often. This collar harness, has quickly become my favourite go to thing to wear because I really love how weird and grungy it looks and you already know how much I love with wear my o-ring, so this harness from Deandri is literally a step up from my o-ring. I wanted to do an all black ensemble with this peak of colours popping out randomly and I know you must be thinking if I was hot under all the layering but I can honestly say wasn't, because I wore a light tee and layered it with a thin high neck cropped top then I layered this loose fitting black dress and the look ended up coming out like some type of fashion gladiator in heels. I chose to wear some "fun socks" with this bright blue wedges that I have no memory of where it came from because I bought it such a long time ago and probably only wore it like once.  All together, I love how eclectic the styling of this outfit came out.
