By the time you're viewing this blog post, I'm probably long gone on my way back to Jamaica for a small vacation. I am so happy to be going back home however, I hated the packing process because I always tend to want to take everything with me. However, I got through it and I have some new things coming to my blog for the next week as I'll be shooting some cool looks back in Jamaica. Anyways, this outfit I'm wearing is actually a recent look I wore in New York, which is a very laid back grungy comic nerd inspired. I chose to pair my Forever 21 black and white A-line daisy skirt with a cool tee because I just really love how the comic strip on the tee pops against the print of the skirt. As usual, I went to my go to shoes as a means of comfort and It so happens to go pretty well with the whole outfit. Basically, this look is everything magically I wanted to achieve. I was on some hippie vibing at a park near to where I live, that I go to clear my head and chill on the weekends. First I have to say the title of this post is dedicated to one of my favorite bands ever, Radiohead! If you don't know them, I promise you're missing out big time! Anyways, the two pieces that I'm wearing in this post are pieces I've styled before here on the blog but, never had I thought of mashing up the two together. I love how the distressed and grunge vibe of the muscle tee plays on the soft girly aspect of the floral pants and how the indigo or the UNIF hellbound plays in so perfectly with the whole outfit. I went a little more softer and girly with my jewelry because I wanted more of a softer look rather than my usual hardcore grunge attire... Have a great week and thanks for visiting!

I'm pretty much obsessed with this look mainly because I'm in love with the ombre effect of the overalls and it was the perfect sunny day. I wanted to play on a casual look, something that was very easy to wear and comfortable yet, dressed up enough for maybe a lunch date. I never thought I'd actually like the idea of pairing a very laid back denim overall with a more formal long sleeved blouse but, the juxtaposition between the two are ridiculously great! I could also see this overall being worn with like a white high neck cropped or a graphic muscle tee, which I'm usually always wearing. For my shoe choice, I went a little different than my usual 6 inch madness and opted for the choice of wearing flats...shocker. I thought that just wearing the flats only was too much leg skin without a purpose so, I wore the black socks which added just the right amount of leg skin and it also helped in pulling the outfit together.
