Indoors for a change. I shoot this look awhile back and totally thought I had lost them then they suddenly appeared. New York is definitely too cold right now to wear this shorts no matter how cute they are however, with that been said, these shorts are the softest and ridiculously the most comfortable shorts I know. I got them from Chicnova and I just want to wear it everyday but I have to wait until I get to Jamaica in a couple weeks where its much more warmer. This look is my typical all black ensemble, with a loose tee slightly tucked into my shorts with a faux leather jacket, my oversized vest, sheer stockings and of course, comfy grunge inspired boots. I love playing with layering and mixing different weights of fabric is just perfection in my eyes because it tends to bring a lot more interest to an outfit and gives a look more depth and volume.

So I officially have a hat/beanie obsession, literally! over the past few months my hat collections has grown so much its ridiculous...not complaining though. This look features one of my currently favourite  beanie for this fall...it's pretty much a regular knitted black beanie, but has this cool attachment of a brooch with a ribbon buried in mesh.
I love the mysterious effect of this beanie and to basically top it all off I wore all black with a very grunge vibe. I've been chilling on the rooftop of my apartment a lot recently these days and I decided to snap photos of this look one day when I was relaxing and taking a breather from all the school work. Sadly, I had to end up leaving for class three hours after. I have to be quite honest and say this beanie is a little out of my element and not something I'm use to wearing especially since it dragged so much darn attention at school. However, I am always experimenting with my style and I've recently been on a path of self evolution... Anyways! have an amazingg weekend! and thanks for visiting .

I shot this look about a week ago before my birthday and I really wanted to dress casual yet still edgy. I went with layering very clean silhouettes with touches of pastel colours against dark tones and the beanie that I can't seem to separate myself from wearing. I rarely wear denim pants but whenever I do, I like to keep it very simple and classic and dark denim is basically always my go-out when it comes to wearing jeans. I can't quite promise that I'll do more styling of denim pants but if the right pair comes along I won't hesitate! Anyways, I hope you all have a great weekend
