I'm so happy I decided to finally wear this top that was actually passed down to me from my mother. I don't exactly know what I was waiting for before I wore but I'm glad I finally got the chance to style it. I did practically what I always do by pairing it with simple pieces that could be styled easily with it. I wore this slightly sheer dress I found hiding in the thrift shop and knew it would be perfect to go with the amazing embroidery details of the top. I feel like there is no going wrong with a black and gold combination unless, its obnoxiously over done from head to toe. I have so many ideas on other ways of styling this top and I'll be sure to share that with you very soon. My finals will be over by Monday so I'll be posting much more regular again!
