Sleep Until The Sun Goes Down

Sweater- UNIF
Hat- Bebe
Shoes- Creepers by T.U.K

It's been awhile since I've posted a dominant white with black ensemble so I'm sharing this look I wore a few weeks ago to go strolling around Manhattan. I wore one of my favorite pullover sweater from UNIF because I simply can't get over how perfect and warm it is... I then layered it with this fuzzy off white jacket that I've had for such a long time and comes in handy when I need a change of texture in jackets to wear for the day. Something about the two textures of the jacket and sweater makes this look interesting however, white on white tends to sometimes look a little flat so I incorporated a bit of patterns to the look white my geometrical cardigan that I wore as a shawl rather than an actually cardigan.
Let me know what you think in the comments below of this look and if you have any suggestions on new ideas of posts fashion related that I could share on here. Have a great day.

On The Edge

Black Forest Print Dress- Motel Rocks
Burnout Velvet Kimono- Forever 21
Faux Leather Jacket- Vintage
Shoe- Mulder Platforms by Jeffrey Campbell (Karmaloop)
Hat- Bebe (similar)

Back to that witchy vibe today on the blog. Let's start off by saying I'm completely obsessed with this Motel Rocks dress in this amazing black forest print. This dress is typically a summer dress because its really short and sleeveless however, I couldn't have cared any less because this dress couldn't have fallen in my hands at better time! I love when I get clothing with prints such as this one because there is so much I could do with it and still be able to make it new and different each time.
I opted for a more mysterious witchy vibe for this look with my favourite woolen fall hat and chokers that never seem to leave my neck. After snapping these photos, I went out to some galleries with a coat on of course and it was just the perfect look for relaxing and having some seriously well needed leisure time. Another thing that I can't stop wearing this fall is my mulder platform boots...I have to stop myself sometimes from even putting them on because I've wear them wayyy too much. If you're looking for the perfect fall platform boots definitely check out these or there is a more high end version by Stella McCartney if you want to check that out here. Well I hope you all enjoyed this post and thanks for visit!

Circle Of Life

The Animals Sunset Print Sweatshirt- Romwe
Velveteen Skirt- Chicwish
Radioactive Snake Bag- Nasty Gal
Shoes- UNIF Das Boots

Back at it again with one of my favourite combos...velveteen skirt, high socks, floppy hat and a nice chunky sweatshirt. I seriously am so in love with all the sweatshirts that Romwe has recently released on their website and if there was someway I could purchase them all without compromising my bank account then I'd definitely buy every single one of them! Their sweatshirts are super cozy and easy to wear but most of all, they have the most amazing prints on them that is always ridiculously beautiful. The sweatshirt I'm wearing in this post is perhaps one of my favourites from them, it reminds me so much of the 'Lion King' and the way all the color blend so seamlessly together makes it such an amazing piece. I decided to pair this with a red wine velveteen skirt, that add a bit of texture to this look and really helps make the whole look come alive. I also decided to dust off my good ol' purple floppy hat from last fall and rock that hat like nobody's business of course ha. Now that I'm looking back on it, the hat really compliments the look along with my awesome bag that I received as a gift for my birthday. Anyways, have such a long day ahead of me and midterms are killing the life out of me, but I'll be fine. Have a great week.

Summer In Manhattan

Blue and White Striped Top- Vintage
Teen Dream Denim Jumper- Nasty Gal
Shoes- UNIF Das Boots (Dolls Kill)
Sunglasses- Zero UV

The sun finally came out and I was so happy that it stopped raining so I decided to share a much more lighter palette than my usual dark looks. Different shades of blue has always sort of coincidentally been the colour I gravitate to most whenever I want a airy and fresh palette. I just love how well it seems to go together with different colours and it without a doubt a great palette to wear in the Summer. The top I'm wearing is actually one of my oldest tops and I have no idea how it got into my closet because I never bought it. However I've been wearing it a lot with loose high waisted shorts or with my light pink  circle skirt, which surprisingly I love the most so I'll be sure to share that look with you soon. I believe this is the first time I'm showing how I would style an overall and it's weird because I remember wearing a lot of overall growing up and now it a huge trend amongst bloggers to wear overalls with like different variations. I love how fashion is able to sort of recycle and evolve over the years. I went very "Bohemian Girl" meets "Grunge Emo Chick meets "Farm Girl who wears 6-inch heels?" hahaha, well I think that's what I love most about this look...it captures more than just one style. Hope your having a great day and thanks for visiting! Lots more looks coming this week.
