Cherry Popping

So this is a quick look on the outfit I wore yesterday. I kept it pretty simple by wearing a black and white dress obnoxiously covered in cherries. I sometimes like to take pieces that would otherwise be seen as a "pin up girl look" and deconstruct this look to make it my own. I did this deconstructing but bringing in very grungy pieces to help tone down what would otherwise look too "girl next door" for me. I paired my "cherry popping" dress with my favourite jacket from choies, which totally helped to pull off this look, along with my Jeffrey Campbell roscoe boots. I am completely obsessed with these boots I bought for sale at Karmaloop, I literally try to force myself to style them with everything in my closet and surprisingly it works! So I'm pretty sure you'll be seeing these shoes on my blog regularly.
